Booking Information

Deposit & Balance

A 60% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

The remaining 40% must be paid before the session begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the Shotbychriz_ Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights.

Nottingham & Travel

All listed prices apply to shoots within Nottingham.

For shoots outside Nottingham, travel and other necessary logistics will be discussed and agreed before booking.

Any studio hire or venue fees will also be confirmed before you commit to your booking.

Studio Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive ready to begin at your scheduled time.

Studio sessions include a 15-minute grace period. Arrival more than 15 minutes late incurs a £40 late-arrival charge, subject to the booking terms and applicable consumer rights.

Late arrival may reduce your available shooting time. The charge does not automatically extend your session, as studio availability and subsequent bookings must be respected.

Delivery Times

Portrait and family photography: 7–14 working days.

Event and wedding photography: 3–4 weeks.

Headshots, sports, brand shoots, videography and content creation: as confirmed when booking.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in England. If client selections or feedback are required, we will explain how these affect your delivery date.

Galleries & Downloads

Online photography galleries remain accessible for three months after delivery. Please download your photographs and keep secure backups within this period.

All unedited photographs are available on request for the portrait and family packages listed above. If you require original camera RAW files, please specify this when booking so the delivery format can be confirmed.

Unedited video footage is included only where agreed in your package.
